Bankers Journal is an academic journal being published by the IBSL bi-annually and provides a scholarly platform for critical and informed articles in all fields of Banking and Finance as well as Management. Members of the IBSL can contribute to the Journal by way of research articles, case studies, research notes and book reviews etc. In order to maintain the highest quality of the journal, an editorial board will make necessary changes and editing with the help of respective contributors. All members of the IBSL are encouraged to contribute to the Bankers Journal for the betterment of the banking community in Sri Lanka and The world over.
