My link is deactivated. What should I do?
- You may have received a “Deactivated Test” link from IBSL for some subjects. If you encounter one, please follow these steps:
- All deactivated links are followed by an active link with the same subject.
- This active link will be nested under the initial email.
- Scroll to the bottom of the “Deactivated Test” email and locate the next email containing the active link. (Refer to the screenshot provided.)
- If the email is nested within the thread, click on the three dots (⋯) to expand and view the active link.
My test stopped / disconnected before submission. What should I do?
In case of disruptions such as power cuts, Internet issues, etc. please send an email to exam@ibsl.lk, CC to info@ibsl.lk with Your full name, NIC, Subject(s), Medium.
The Exam Department will review your request and provide instructions for resuming the exam.
