Course Overview
Objectives
- Provide an opportunity to middle management level bankers, for pursuing a course of study in bank management at postgraduate level.
- Equip the participants with skills and professional competence to undertake effective planning or achieve senior managerial goals in a competitive environment and
- Upgrade and update professional standards of the middle management level bankers by exposing them to rigorous professional and academic program that focuses on current issues of banking

Exemptions

- Exemptions from all subjects in the first semester are allowed to candidates who have completed the DBF/ DABF examination.
- A graduate of recognized university or equivalent will be granted exemptions from certain relevant subjects in the 1st semester.
- No exemption will be allowed for subjects in the 2nd and 3rd semester.

Attendance: continuous attendance either physically or online will be considered in allowing to sit for the final examination
Requirements
- Associates or Passed Finalists of a Professional body acceptable to Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka OR
- Graduate of Recognized University
- OR Employees with 03 years’ middle management working experience in a Bank or Financial Institution with part educational /professional qualification acceptable to Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
