Course Overview
Objectives
This Diploma is designed to familiarize staff of banks and financial institutions on environment in which financial services are provided to the public so that each staff member is knowledgeable of a bird’s view of service environment. At present, staff members are mostly knowledgeable only about their respective work area and, therefore, customer service quality and sustainability of the financial institution is not helped by all levels of staff. Therefore, this knowledge will help staff members to operate in holistic approach to promote customer services quality and the institution. In this regard, the Diploma covers service/product areas, institutional management and regulatory environment in a macro approach.
